  • Sat, 16:33: Give it 10 minutes or so and I’ll be on @TwitterSpaces with a bit of poetry.
  • Sat, 17:09: Complicity and Lesser Evils: A Tale of Two Lawyers by David Luban https://t.co/tdrUDbnulp / all lawyers should read this piece;and then ask yourself where you stand on your role in climate change & the age of the Anthropocene. Or at least that's what I did and am still doing.
  • Sat, 17:41: The Doors - Riders On The Storm https://t.co/w0yMUQpRsJ / one of the best intros https://t.co/o9gNgvjNF0
  • Sat, 17:57: This will sound sh*t but I feel less and less inclined to show up online. Right now, I get more pleasure from a pen and paper and trying to write a few poems than to shake my fist etc. about the state of the world. Social media has been hijacked by the need to sell something!
  • Sat, 18:06: As a teenager in the late 70s and early 80s, I had so many f* arguments with my parents about gender and race. To think of it now, makes me feel so sad. I've never ever judged anyone based on anything: Be you 100%. I'm sure it's one of the main reasons I became a lawyer.
  • Sat, 18:09: I can't wait to see daughter #1 on Monday together with her first serious BF (he's an Essex lad). I've been told to clean the house and be on my best behaviour! The first I can manage. The 2nd, well, I'm not going to wear a faux mask for anyone. Ha ha.
  • Sat, 18:19: Is it OK to like Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift? The kids think I'm weird.
  • Sat, 18:28: Artists that still haunt me: Vincent Van Gogh, Mark Rothko and especially Francis Bacon who my wife hates. Perhaps I'm out there but they dig down and unearth my soul and connect my spirit to all that is real.
  • Sat, 18:39: I've made some amazing friends on Twitter.
  • Sat, 18:44: My late uncle Adrian had more passion and creativity than anyone else I've ever met in my life. Printer, bookbinder, teacher (@plymouthart), mentor and a beautiful man. And I miss him so much.
  • Sun, 06:17: "Faith is a place of mystery, where we find the courage to believe in what we cannot see and the strength to let go of our fear of uncertainty." — Brene Brown, The Gifts of Imperfection
  • Sun, 07:46: out and about 🌿 https://t.co/pT8v9TGQqh
  • Sun, 08:18: Hurry up dad I can’t sit like this forever 🤣. https://t.co/c9BqGDTeZq
  • Sun, 08:41: The design and manufacture of our every day objects is so stupid. Just imagine developing something that is nearly impossible to decay safely. I look at all the cars on the road and I wonder as an artefact and ancestrally what people in the future will make of these abominations.
