Not that I'm likely to wax lyrical and prod and poke you to change diet but it works for me.

Cauliflower is an ingredient which we feel is overlooked by many and there are some fair reasons for those thoughts. When you visit a restaurant and the only vegan option is a cauliflower steak and it comes out all bland, you're just a bit gutted. Now if you got a cauliflower, battered it, baked it then covered it in buffalo sauce, your eyes might light up from the sight of it! If you like spice and crunch these fiery little bad boys have got your name all over them, it's a BOSH! classic.
