I love Sunday, not for the lie in (never in my case), but for the fact that I get a chance to look back and reflect deeply on the past week.

The thing is, we all lead such busy lives and, seldom, save perhaps on holiday, do we take a moment to pause, rewind and invite a moment of introspection.

Before you throw yourself into another week of 'always on', it's worth considering a few things:

  1. What we have vs. what do don't

  2. That love is boundless

  3. That we have so much to give

  4. We don't need to control everything -- sometimes the flow is exactly where we need to be

  5. It's not weak to give up on something

  6. We don't have to have an opinion on everything

  7. The past is just that -- if you could let go and see everything with beginner's mind, the world would look very different

    Enjoy your Sunday.
