When you commit fully, something magical happens.
The problem, though, is always the problem; namely we sit on the fence or, worse still, we think we're committed, when in truth we dare not follow through for fear that we might succeed.
Turning pro, becoming the best at or achieving mastery are not for the feint hearted or ill at ease.
Far from it. They require guts, passion and an unwavering belief that no matter how arduous the climb, you rather die than give in.
I've been lucky enough to meet a few people who've made it as a Pro, and the one thing they all have in common is a dedication to their craft that surpasses anything you can conceive.
Sometimes it's about burning bridges or boats, but more often, it's in not (ever) giving up no matter how hard it seems.
For me, I know in my craft I've a long way to go but if I'm going to crack any one of the new landscapes I cling to that I'm not going to get there unless I'm all in -- 100% and some.
What about you?
Are you willing to give it your all?
