Twist or stick

We could change the world tomorrow.

But, of course, we won't, because we're happy with the status quo.

Imagine though a day where our inspiration propelled us to act. Not to do the same as yesterday, but to try one new thing consistently that would make the biggest difference in our lives. (If you're honest you don't need to spend time figuring 'it' out -- your know instinctively what it is.)

Perhaps the lizard brain is our greatest foe, but not if we change our posture and bear witness to the thoughts or sit with the negative reaction (everything passes).

This isn't about resolutions. No, it's about doing.

If you want to be a blogger, then blog.
If you want to be a writer, then write.
If you want to change your life for the better, then...do so.

There will never be a perfect moment. In fact, very often, the messier or more mixed up the situation, the more powerful the outcome.
