One or two things...

Life's for living, not planning.

Life's amazing if we let it be -- it's our thinking mind that gets us into trouble.

Life isn't about stuff, nor experiences. It's about dropping the false mask and being at one with nature.

And finally, count your blessings. Better still count your breath once or twice a day. It will remind you never to take life for granted.

Saying no...more often

No to using our phone.

No to drinking coffee.

No to drinking alcohol.

No to sitting down for more than one hour.

No to those people who should know better than to keep on at us.

No to arguing.

No to profanity.

No to watching TV -- it's all rubbish.

No to eating processed foods.

No to sitting in a room without natural light.

No to constantly staying up late.

And before you think this is about living a virtuous life, it's nothing of the sort: it's about making more of our life.
