As you know, I spent the weekend looking after my two daughters, Hetty and Floz. It wasn't as hectic as normal, in no small part because 'H' was revising for her exams (this week).
I didn't get to spend as much quality time with Floz as I wanted to but it was still a great opportunity to play catch up and hang out with her for a few days.
I did manage to do a bit of writing but I also set out in my notebook the landscape for most of my creative endeavour, i.e. the best time to write, draw, read and write poetry. I'll spare you the detail, but it looked disciplined to me.
Unfortunately, with my blog issues today, and having to get the kids ready for School and me out the door for work, it pretty much went to pot. I'm hopeful though I can get things on track this evening with some reading and creative work. (I've this idea to start a journal where I use Spenciarian script, pen and ink drawings and paint a few of the images.)
For the rest of the day, I'll have my head inside a computer -- not literally but you get my drift -- trying to sort out all manner of CEO issues (I work in a small law firm in Devon).
Until tomorrow now.
