We very rarely stop to think if we are doing the right thing, or heading in the right direction.
In fact, we leave far too much to chance.
Being busy is practically a disease.
But for what reason?
Of course, this is a Western perspective and imbued with that whole notion of getting somewhere in life - job titles seem to count for more than who we are.
Next time you feel the urge to do something, stop and think is this the best use of my life.
If not, rather than doing something else, sit still and do nothing (and that means turning the TV off!). It might just be the best use of your life.
