You couldn't have made it up.
In, out, shake it all about.
What a mess we've made of things. Sterling down. Shares suspended in RBS and Barclays and according to Boris everything's fine.
But all of this pales into insiginficance alongside the profound sense of loss I feel. A loss of my country. Oh sure it's easy to say "You reap what you sow" but I doubt if anyone could have predicted the debacle that's engulfing us.

God knows what people outside the UK must be thinking. ("Dumb idiots" probably.)
I'm still plugging away with my daily ritual. The weekend was full of packing and more bloody packing. The kids did as little as possible but there's no surprise in that quarter. We're moving on the 8th July. I know we'll get there but I do wish my wife wasn't such a hoarder. Me: I get rid of all the crap.
Anyhow, back to the hamster wheel.
