“The most important kind of freedom is to be what you really are. You trade in your reality for a role. You trade in your sense for an act. You give up your ability to feel, and in exchange, put on a mask. There can't be any large-scale revolution until there's a personal revolution, on an individual level. It's got to happen inside first.” Jim Morrison

Same start. Good thing.

A day(ish) of housework -- it was actually more restful than I thought.

A few walks with the dogs, and listening still to Michael E Gerber -- we're on to Higher Purpose and P D Ouspensky.

I'm sitting down to catch up on email, write and perhaps watch the odd video on YouTube. I did this morning watch an old documentary featuring Peter Owen Jones who was living without money for a year, and following in the footsteps of St Francis of Assisi. Even though the programme was a few years old, he showed how it was possible to survive on the gift economy model.

Without going into me talk, I've got a lot to do in understanding the link between true self, higher purpose and living with and part of nature. I hope my writing helps.

Until tomorrow now.
