Saying no...more often

No to using our phone.

No to drinking coffee.

No to drinking alcohol.

No to sitting down for more than one hour.

No to those people who should know better than to keep on at us.

No to arguing.

No to profanity.

No to watching TV -- it's all rubbish.

No to eating processed foods.

No to sitting in a room without natural light.

No to constantly staying up late.

And before you think this is about living a virtuous life, it's nothing of the sort: it's about making more of our life.
